MagnetHits is provided for lawful analytics purposes. You may not use MagnetHits to track users on sites you do not own or control, or to collect data in violation of applicable law.
Automated signups are permitted and expected — MagnetHits is designed for agent use. Abuse of the signup endpoint (e.g. mass registration with no intent to use) may result in rate limiting or blocking.
MagnetHits is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but provide no SLA guarantee for the free tier.
You may delete your site and all associated data at any time by calling DELETE /v1/sites/{site_id} with your owner_token. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
